PETYZE Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for PETYZE products and is aligned, where applicable, with the official return policies for orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).
1. Scope of this policy
This returns and refunds policy applies to purchases of PETYZE products made:
a) Through Amazon, where the order is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).
b) Directly on our official online store, petyze.com.

2. Return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA):
The return window and conditions are defined by Amazon’s current policy at the time of purchase. In most cases, customers have at least 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, subject to Amazon’s rules for each country.
Orders placed on petyze.com:
For purchases made directly on our website that are not fulfilled by Amazon, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, as long as the product meets the conditions in Section 3.
3. Conditions for an eligible return
To be eligible for a return, your item must reflect the standards of a luxury pet product and meet all of the following conditions:
a) It is in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and free from visible damage caused by improper use.
b) It includes all original elements: tags, accessories, manuals, cards, tools, and any inserts that came with the product.
c) It is returned in its original packaging, including the branded box and protective materials.
d) You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that arrive with excessive signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair beyond what is reasonably expected from a brief test, or missing essential components may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
4. How to start a return

For orders placed on petyze.com, returns will need to be previously arranged.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (when applicable) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
